It has been a month since I originally posted this and my speeds have been consistantly good throughout the day and night. I am averaging 10 down and 1 up with higher speeds off peak and a ping between 600-700. I am on the 15/2 plan and could not be happier.

I've had G4 for just a month now, and in general it's pretty good. Sometimes it takes 5-15 minutes to get started but that seems to be happening less and less. I did complain and have a tech number with pin to get to them faster than India if it does happen. Today was fine, previously I've had about 3 to 4 episodes/day of no browsing for a while. 10GB plan.

If you are on the 15/2 plan than you are not getting what you pay for. It has been said that they are having a problem with this plan and are advising people on this plan to go to the lower one. That is what you are actually getting as far as speed.
