Tried that, didn't work. I guess I could call about upstream SNR but I had upstream bonding before the 50/10 upgrade (for months) and my signal levels on the modem are excellent otherwise. I lost the bonding after the reboot to pick up the new speed config.

It's probably a headend misconfiguration.
