DSL Extreme → DSL in Frontier land

I'm thinking about dropping Frontier DSL, and perhaps even their POTS. Does DSL Extreme offer service, either on a shared or on a dry line from a CO in Everett, WA? If yes, for how much?

I tried the prequal on the web site, but it came back inconclusive. I also looked up pricing, but there's nothing for Frontier, although the Verizon pricing may still apply.
