Distributel Speed UpgradeDoes anyone know when Distributel plans to offer the upgraded cable speeds, that are currently being rolled out by other third parties? |

Someone asked Distributel on Twitter this question. They said "We are working on it. No ETA yet though."
That was April 1st. So hopefully soon.
They seem to have already raised their pricing for their cable tiers on their website. The 28/1 tier which was $49.95 is now $53.95. |

I've been itching to find out about this too.
Been pondering forever to switch providers, but couldn't be bothered with the potential hassles (only to have Distributel come out with a decent offer for ATPIA + unlimited just weeks after). |

Well if an upgrade doesn't make it to Mississauga before July when Teksavvy is scheduled to move to aggregated in my area, then I'll be switching to Teksavvy.
For what I pay now with Distributel, I can 35/3 mbps with 300GB cap or for slightly more I can upgrade to 45/4 mbps $54.95 - also with a 300GB cap. |

Yes i hope they keep the grandfathered price for the old subs as well. If they raised my price I would most likely jump to another provider in protest. |
