Frontier Communications → [DSL] QoS for a Frontier 7550 Router

How would I go about reconfiguring my new router to prevent excessive bandwidth unbalancing from running Netflix and a laptop or desktop. We have no issues while running both the laptop and desktop, but once Netflix is loaded for the PS3, any other connection suffers greatly.

Try running Netflix on one of the PC's and see if the other PC has the same trouble
