RCN → [TiVo] Bug in TiVo firmware?

I think I may have found a bug in the TiVo firmware. I was in the settings menu getting the MAK key and then I started playing a show using my cell phone. After the episode finished, I was brought out to that settings menu again, but I couldn't exit the menu or select any of the items in the menu. I can actually go to live TV, but I can't then use the TiVo button to get to the main menu.
