Please... you should not be paying a TA charge and if you ever have any needs related to your CC/TA enabled devices please let me know right away. I will make sure it's taken care of immediately.

TiVo recently released the TiVo Mini, which is a MoCA enabled thin-client that connects to the 4-tuner Premiere 4/XL4 via MocA or Ethernet. I think one of the key features in addition to access to 3rd party OTT is the ability to pause and rewind live TV. From a TiVo user perspective it means I only have to deal with one CC/TA for my whole home. I have two Mini's attached to my Premiere XL4.

What do you mean we are backordered? If you need a CC/TA combo open a direct forums thread right away and I'll have them in your hands tomorrow.

I had a question regarding using a TiVo on BHN, specifically surrounding how the TiVo multi-room viewing works. Does it stream the show from the original recording device or is it copied and played? As I understand it, BHN marks just about every channel with the Copy Once flag (save for the locals) making the copy and play method not work.

Multi-room viewing is critical (as is 4 tuners) and I just can't bring myself to pay $48/mo (+$8 for a normal converter that would sit in a closet) for DVR "service." While TiVo isn't much cheaper, at least there is actually a service provided.
