Well, with Google Fiber now moving into two of Time Warner's largest markets and a solid chance they will be moving into more, I imagine the company is shelving any plans they may have to implement usage caps.

u mean TWC's smallest markets? TWC's biggest markets are NYC and LA.

so where does kansas city fall as far as ranking? wish google would wire up a real city like dc,nyc,boston,philly.
