Re: 1500/256 Upgrade

I've had the same problem...It seems that noone at Ameritech looks at the same info. I have to argue with ASI or a tier1 that I'm supposed to be on 1.5 because their records show that I'm still on 768...still having some speed issues.

Call Team Data and get your original upgrade number, anyone you talk to should look that up.

Get this little bit of lunacy...Does techsup give you guys ticket numbers each time you call? They say "here's a number you can tell us if you have any more trouble..678569. This number sounds important right? WRONG!! I just found this out today...only numbers begining with 9 are actual trouble tickets (meaning they pass it on to a tier2 or ASI) all the other numbers are just refernce numbers for your call that document what you reported. Man was I pissed after the tech told me that, she said "alot of techs call them trouble ticket numbers, but their not". I must have a dozen numbers written down that begin with 6.

Tell me I'm not the last to know that...
