DSL service out since last night. Stoney creek here. Can we get an update please. Will be a bog problem at work tomorrow if this is not resolved soon.

As per our latest internal issues report. There is no ongoing issues besides the slow speed issue in Toronto which now seems to be resolved. If you are experiencing issues please feel free to message us in the direct forum or contact us at 1-877-779-1575.

Might not be related but, I saw a briefly outage around 9am, but it came back shortly after... (I am in the Hamilton mountain area).

There was definitely an outage in the Stoney Creek area last night - early morning today. It may not have been TSI's servers but rather bell's system having issue.

Anyway, the issue resolved itself and the connection is back on now.

doesn't matter if it's backup, your tech didn't have a clue about the system being down and wasted almost 2 hours of my time trying to troubleshoot
