It's not just the connection speed but the customer service which is so bad and has included plain straight-forward lies. Keep records of your communications with them.<br><br>We were doing fine in my area for two years, they came and installed a new box on the outside of my house (this is on my private home, drilled into the side of my 3 year old house without my permission or knowledge). Since then my 12Mbs  connection is never over 3Mbs (the minimum needed for our Hulu and netflix accounts).<br><br>I have gotten several different stories from different people using the online support and phone support. I have found nobody that knows, or can find out, what the new box upgrade was for, what it does, why it was done, why I wasn't told before the physically drilled into the side of my home.<br><br>Finally, after finding info online and asking the right questions, there was an admitted "Latency Issue" in my area that they are aware of. When asked about fix time I was told several different stories and when pushed was finally told, 'they don't know'.<br><br>I asked, 'who' in the company, would know- 'only the engineering department and they do not take calls'. I asked them to confirm- 'there is nobody in your entire company that can give any detail about an ongoing known issue with internet service?' the answer: 'no'. I was amazed this was the actual response.<br><br>I asked to speak to billing as I am paying for a service I am not getting. I was transferred to billing and after a 45 minute wait gave up. I called back again directly to billing on several occasions over the next two weeks and have gone as long as 1 hour 15 minutes and have yet to get through to anyone in billing.]]></description>

I am paying for in home, they are sending ANOTHER tech out today. We need to find out how much of our fiber upwind has been diverted to the towers they are now servicing for cellular backfeed. Their CEO says towers "pay by the megabyte" giving a higher return. Their fiber upgrades are going to towers.]]></description>
