Thank you Chad.

I know a few/some/most of us think Mediacom could do a better job with their services. However, in my time with Mediacom I will give them credit in this area. This forum and Chad specifically, always gave me excellent and very quick service. Through the years with all of the cable/satellite/internet companies I've been with, this forum and Chad have no doubt been the best at answering my questions. Most of the time it only took minutes for him to answer. I applaud this. Keep up the good work Mediacom and Chad!

I might make one exception- if those that have been running the exceptional social media service could be sent out to re-train the regular phone and local customer service agents(and maybe weed out some of the bad ones), maybe we could finally see some decent phone support. I dont even bother calling in unless i have to, as the social media team is so much better. I mean, ive gotten flat out lies from some phone\local agents at various points.

Totally agree!! Chad is one of the few good things about Mediacom (I'd say "only" but I'd probably come up with something else eventually…).

If they don't give you good regular raises, let us all know and we'll hound your bosses. They should recognize how lucky they are to have someone like you out here!

Chad is awesome! I'm very thankful that we have him here. Bainch used to post here a lot back in the days before Chad. I think he still pops in from time to time.
