Re: ATT Uverse trenched right through the middle of my front yarMaybe because some of us spend THOUSANDS of dollars on our lawns? My lawn is an asset of my home, if I tried to sell my house right now the value would be significantly compromised because of this. |

Wow, you really need to take it easy a bit. Honestly, I'd just take note of where the line is for future reference and live with it. What do you want them to do? Move the line and end up having two trenches through your yard? said by riekl:if I tried to sell my house right now the value would be significantly compromised because of this That made me chuckle a bit. Seriously, it's not like they ripped up landscaping. It's grass, it'll grow back. |

Unless conditions are significantly different in Macomb, Michigan than in San Jose, California, that bald patch won't even be visible in six weeks. |

I think you are presuming you would do a lot of watering in SJ. Because if you did not water, you would probably not have green grass in the summer. Maybe reikl depends mainly on rain. Maybe he is thinking that the utility should be doing the watering to restore the landscaping. Perhaps a phone call to the utility or the town would get it some attention. The town probably has strong influence. It sure looks like that strip has been suffering from lack of water. |

Yes, it looks like lack of water. And, yes, I brought a lawn back by watering; 15 minutes a day, every other day except Sunday (three days a week). |

I agree. The value of the house is SIGNIFICANTLY compromised. That is hilarious. |
