You have posted to the thread I reference so I will assume you are aware of this "network" issue.

It is not your machine, your best bet is to PLOT the offending router and report it. Unless large numbers of subscribers complain the problem will not be addressed.

Snippet makes some great observations that this issue may be a designed implementation by Comcast, although unconfirmed.

COMPLAIN to Comcast, it is the only way to get it fixed.

Because the ping is refused the packet loss is reported at 100%, it is misleading, ignore it.

Secondly, the gaming problems are very well known throughout these forums, especially in your area and I tend to think it is network related.

suggest a download and install of pingplotter to illustrate/document the problem.

It can be had on a 30 day trial at »www.pingplotter.com
