I don't know if you can port (out) from your current provider, but you should be placing this thread in the VoIP section of DSLR to get a better response. If you're able to port, Callcentric is offering free porting right now. As far as sound quality, VoIP.ms offers a premium routing for a little more per minute. Mind you, if you make a 30 second call with VoIP.ms, you are only billed for a mere 30 seconds. The only negative is that VoIP.ms charges $25 for porting.

Porting was $10 bucks only, actually @ VOIP.MS for me.

I am also on their premium network already

Glad you choose voip.ms. I switched about a month ago and the price is amazing.

I got an OBi100 and setup voip.ms + GV. I use voip.ms for incoming calls (at their low rates) and GV for FREE outgoing calls to Canada/US.

Voip.ms actually has 6-second billing.

So if you make a call that is 31 seconds, you would be charged for 36.
