[HSI] Not able to now access work specific sites. Charter blocki

Hi,

I woke up this morning and for some reason I cannot access my work sites. Everyone else on the internet works. I cannot connect to my company webmail or server to connect.

I'm not sure why this is happening. Charter Internet tech just fumbled around saying there is a problem with the website. I contact my internet tech and he's able to access all sites and can access the site just fine. I performed a ping and it times out. People at work can ping fine.

Why is this just all of a sudden happening? This happened once before. It's like Charter doesn't like me using my work that much so it's blocking me. All of their associated sites "time out".

This isn't right and frustrating. Of course the tech in India doesn't have any idea what i'm talking about.

I've restarted about 5 times and done the whole hard modem reset another 5 times with same result.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please!

Don't just ping, run a tracert to the site and post the results here. Then we could see where the path is failing. It may not be Charter.

Well it's now working. Must have been a down ISP/Server between me and them. Strange.

That's outside the Charter network. And from another topic here, there was a Time Warner issue which has been resolved (which matches what you see above).
