What about me? I've been with them for years, I replied and did everything I was supposed to, even more so on checking with them..

Was told they were shipping it out 12th or 13th..

And nothing, and no reply to a followup from almost 2 days ago now?

So I just called them, and they are saying they never go a reply from me about it.. I read off the email dates and what THEY replied,
Said they would "check" and see if they could find it.. and would mail it today..

Really? They replied three times , once to thank me for the quick reply. Then to say yes they had my correct address, then lastly to say they hadn't mailed it yet, but they would 12/13th..

NOW they don't even see they I ever emailed them???

Just tries connecting and im getting a error 651.. that mean I don't have service now too??

Well these things happen, network upgrades, service is down occasionally for any service. Mine came on the day service went down my 598U just kept trying to connect. There is really no point to shipping the modem out now, since old devices will be put in the new gateway soon most likely.
