[Excel] Making top row always visible regardless of scrollingI have an Excel spreadsheet where the top row (row 1, to be exact) contains all the labels for the columns. (which I think is very common)
How do I make that always visible as the 1st, or as the top entry, regardless of the current position (could be way scrolled down) in the spread sheet?
TIA |

And you need to position the cursor (active cell) at the row below where you want it to split before you make the selection. In your case, that would be anywhere in Row 2. |

Not when using Freeze Top Row - it already knows which one you want to freeze using that option.
With Word 2010 - View (on the ribbon) --> Freeze Panes --> Freeze Top Row. |

Yes, you are correct. I was thinking of using "Split." Thanks for the correction. |
