I figure I'm gonna cut my losses and chalk this up as a lesson well learned. Those freaking bastards charged my credit again this month. I was so pissed I could sleep all night. This morning I called my credit card in lost. Now when PSN tries to bill me again they won't get shit. I'm not sure what is going happen after that. Good thing I have all of this documented. PSN is the worst F-ing company I've ever delt with. I know that what comes around goes around.......it's just a matter of time. |

Called my Credit in lost last week. Tried to open a trouble ticket with the F-ING Pretty Shitty Network, cuz my down speed was CRAP, worse than dial-up....called NorthPoint to check status of my trouble ticket, they told me that PSN never called it in. BASTARDS! So i called....i know....85 minutes on the phone. they said oh yea....nobody followed up on your ticket. ENOUGH...I cancelled right then. Got the address to mail the shitty modem back and I'm out 320 bucks!!!! I should have followed my instincts and never ordered with them and wish I had come to dslreports.com, but I didn't and this has been one hell of a lessoned learned. NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING UP FRONT!!!!
