you guys keep listening to the bull teksavy is dishing out ,there full of it ,you dont see start.ca having these problems,its funny how my modem works now after they told me i need a new one all of the sudden it works now ,but it will not work on my router ,no dhcp ,but if i connect it to my mac computer strait from the modem i get internet,there full of it.

Yes, you do. But as Start is a smaller company than Teksavvy, you don't hear about it nearly as often.

TS has ...what 290,000 customers and Start has ~20,000
Obviously, first because of the numbers alone the frequency of service issues, it would be conducive to expect TS having proportionally more than Start.
