Well Let me see..it seems we started with the Red Face to denote a Folding Topic and the Blue Face Denotes Genome..

OK, back to the topic at hand...

This is the way that I have mine set-up for FAH2, and it is working like a charm.

I do not get any turncated files, just currious why you are.

I just get a window that tells me it cannot support long file names and do I want to change it to FAH2Con.exe..It has the name change already..:(..

Hummm, this is weird... I don't get that. Of course I am using Win2K, not 98se...

Try changing the FAH2Console-v217.exe in the FAH directory on the HD to FAH2Con.exe, point to that executable in the RDM and see if that helps.
