[Landscaping] Hydrangea problem

Click for full size
Seems my hydrangea that I picked up at Lowe's last year and then planted has since developed a fungus.

I put it in the ground in Spring of 2012. I'm thinking maybe of using a fungicide but maybe someone has some advice since it's late in the season.

We've had our first frost but not first freeze yet.

It didn't flower well this year either.

It just looks like leaf spot to me, which will obviously go away when the leaves drop off for the winter. Prune it back before sprint hits and try again next year, at which point you can avoid getting the leaves wet.
