Suddenlink → SL in Greenville, NC: How fast is the slowest service offered?

I'm new to the Greenville, NC area... staying with my friends right now. They have the fastest service for $$$.

I'm a cheapskate. How fast is the slowest service offered by Suddenlink around here? (both UPLOAD and DOWNLOAD speeds) How much $ is it per month? I can't believe they have nobody answering the phones on weekendns.
