PacBell DSL and MS ExchangeOur Pacbell DSL has been very reliable (after our initial trouble) the last 5 months and we are finally happy with it. hooray!!
I was wondering if anyone else on the board uses PacBell DSL at their business through an NT server using MS Exchange Server? Ever since we changed to PacBell we havent been able to configure things so we can retrieve users information from exchange while outside the office. (Outside Web Access) With Covad we were able to externally check our email, calendars, etc but can't get it go work with Pacbell.
Any ideas or helpful hints out there??
Thanks!

The first thing you should determine is *where* your problem... Have you got a router in place? Can you access Outlook web access from inside? |

Have you enable NAT on your router? What kind of router is that? Firewall? Is your Exchange Server behind the router and firewall? Compatibility may be the issue here... |
