It seems grossly unfair that some parts of Cogeco's network gets 10 meg uploads and others don't. I pay the same for my package (60 meg service) as someone in Burlington or other communities in S.W Ontario. I live in Peterborough, a community with 75,000 people not Petticoat Juction. I understand that Cogeco may not be able to roll out this service to everyone right away. That said, Cogeco should at least give their customers living in areas not upgraded to 10 meg, some sort of timeline when that may happen. Or do they think that we will feel like valued customers being treated this way.
Some areas in peterpatch have the new equipment I think- we just got ours last summer. I have ultimate 30 and get 30 down and 5 up. It does say "up to 10" in the definition. Stnd CYA
