Verizon FiOS TV → Verizon.com website down

Anyone else experiencing problems with verizon website - was trying to check something because I know I don't have starz/encore yet I am seeing access to encore so tried to review my services to make sure my son didn't order something without my knowledge and am getting error messages when I try to log on that the section of the website is unavailable but email site is still active.

Edit: ok I now realize there is a free preview of starz/encore this weekend so that answers my question for that but website is still messed up

I'm having problems with the mobile app on my phone, keeps saying they are performing maintenance

Verizon has as many issues with their websites as does healthcare.gov

Verizon websites seem to load more slowly than some others. OTOH, I had no problems when I went to healthcare.gov a couple weeks ago. As soon as I entered my zip code, the site suggested that I visit CalConnected, or whatever California's state site is.
