I also called and upgraded to the 300/120 today as well and it requires a tech to come out and do something, but the person on the phone didn't know what except that they are switching away from the V100H Modem they currently use, but he didn't know what modem it will be now. It is scheduled for December 16th so I will let you know how it goes.
