If I'm available for the 3mg plan why do I have to call them?I called support tonight, the tech mentioned I could have the 3 mg plan, he said to call in AM. Why do I have to call them, why don't they just activate it or do what they do, I've been paying for years, it took 7 yrs or more to get adequate speed here.
He said he doubts if I'd need to pay for anything, I should hope not. Why in the world do they make customers call about receiving more speed |

Why does Windstream send out that ridiculous gateway? Why does Windstream not just offer a plain ADSL2+ modem which you could then attach your favorite router or switch to? Why does Windstream have such a lousy history of supplying advertised data transfer rates? Why? Because they really do not care about residential service. Go to the Windstream corporate website. You will see a lot of information about how large BUSINESSES can get internet or other data transfer services. You will see a lot of information about how of business users can get specialized telecommunication services. Residential services are an afterthought for Windstream. |
