I cannot answer you on that, as i had both Cable and DSL at the same time with TSI, and i cancelled Cable once i saw that TSI wasnt able to fix the issue with Cable in Kitchener, so, i was using DSL for some time, but, i was reading a lot about start, and i needed faster internet at that time (i was only able to get 5-6mbit DSL) so, i decided to give these guys a try, and since then i am happy.

I use to be with Rogers on a 35/3 200gb cap plan for a few months - I kept hitting the cap.

I've been on Start for about 5 months, 35/3 with the unlimited addon - performance has been identical to Rogers including when I go over the 10gb/day limit. Absolutely love Start's service and it has been rock solid - they really deserve credit for all their hard work and pricing.
