Not even close to 90: » www.amazon.com/Zoom-DOCS ··· OM+5341jThat doesn't even count deals. I was lucky and snagged a 8x4 Moto 6141 for 46.29. And it's been worth every penny. So yeah, if you have the 150 tier, I'd say it's worth the extra money to get every drop of the 150+ that comes down the pipe. (As Netcool says, it could be as much as 180. Dunno about you, but If I'm paying extra for it, I want every penny's worth.) |

I'd rather stick to Cisco or Motorola though. And I'm just saying that if the 105 Blast which got auto upgraded from 50, gets auto upgraded to 150 where nothing extra is being paid...that's something to consider. I mean if you are paying for 150 then that's one thing but until the auto upgrade rolls out I don't see the point in paying for a new modem if you're on 105 or below. Also let's not forget the majority of customers still using routers that aren't even gigabit capable, nevermind their computers and networking gear. |

Still patiently waiting in Little Rock AR. I moved here from DFW in September. I currently have a SB6121 but will replace it with a 6141 when/if we get the upgrade here. I noticed a FW upgrade in November (see below) and the modem has rebooted since but no change.

Still nothing here in the Overlook neighborhood of Portland. Maybe this week if at all. Unfortunately in my area there's zilch in the way of viable competition, so Comcast can pretty much coast. |

Just got a call from a Comcast Business Class loyalty account review rep, and they offered me an upgrade from 50/10 to 75/15 at no cost or $30/mo reduction in my bill to stay on 50/10. If I complete the 2-year contract extension today for the upgrade to 75/15, he said he'd throw in 2 months free as well. Awesome! |

I just got off a call with Comcast and they said that the Twin Cities, Minnesota will be getting the upgrade over night. I was actually calling to downgrade my service since they were charging me more for Blast than the promo I agreed to. I didn't feel like Blast was worth an extra $10, but then he mentioned that I'd be seeing the upgrade over night and that I'd have the 105/20 plan if I stayed with Blast. I decided to keep Blast after he offered it for $5 per month.
I really hope this upgrade is coming to the Twin Cities! |

I'm in Minneapolis and have been getting 125/25 for almost two months. My wife called and argued with them for a couple hours when the announcement went out. Eventually they came out and installed a new modem and sent the config file out a couple days later. I don't know what she did or said, but they did it. We also signed up for TV and dropped Direct TV. The total cost for our package is $169.99 for 24 months which is internet/phone/cable. |

Yes it is! Have read that the 150 speed can actually be up to 180. Going to be interesting to see what we get. |

Yea, we *should* (but might not) see speeds around 177-180mbps down and 23-24mbps up. |

I'm hoping that my trusty old SB6121 will deliver the goods @ 105Mbps |

My trusty (launch date from Amazon) SB6120 was working on the 105 package just fine 126 mbps down and 24 mbps up. I replaced it with a brand new SB6183 and getting the same speeds on it, so I can verify that if my original SB6120 kept up with the 105, the SB6121 will as well. If you ever plan on going up to the 150 though, you will need at least the SB6141, but the SB6183 would be preferred (if you stay within the Motorola/Arris family of modems). |

Yep, same for me. Suburb of Minneapolis, restarted my modem and still getting 50/10. I had a feeling the info I got from the rep yesterday was incorrect. |

UPDATE: I was mistaken, after some additional testing I can confirm I did in fact get upgraded in Puyallup, Wa. "Nothing here in Puyallup, WA....I've rebooted my modem a couple of times. Not sure if Puyallup was left out or is it that Internet only customer were excluded?" |

Littleton CO. Nothing in the 6141's logs from overnight. Power cycled everything and Boost Only internet is now 126/12 from 60/12 before. |

Is that 105 HSI promo for a free year still going? If I call Comcast what do I ask for?
