This the same problem as described by another Teksavvy customer in this thread. I submitted problem this to Teksavvy support but they are not responding to me.

I didn't want to hijack your thread as my issue was related to outbound SMTP rather than POP/IMAP.

I use POP3 for inbound mail which, thankfully, is working.

I'm starting to suspect their mail infrastructure changed Nov/Dec and we are feeling the "unintended consequences"...

My direct forum post dated Jan-12 is unresolved which only adds to my frustration. These guys have otherwise been rock solid the past 6+ years that I've been with them.

I think my problem has stopped happening, I repeated last night's test emails, and today they are delivered immediately; last night they were lost.
