Seriously though, I think the best thing you can do is report the poor performance, and try to convince your nearby friends and neighbors to do the same. I think the T3 techs can pull up how saturated a node is pretty quickly, but it comes down to the squeaky wheel getting the grease.

For these tests I was connected directly into the modem to remove any other variables. Modem was also restarted just before the tests.
