As for the best, my vote would be extremely biased, but as word of advice, your right dropping your local bell will knock you out of the running for most conventional ADSL options out there. I did it a while back, and cell phones are working pretty good for me. One number, less hassles. We have an ADSL package that doesn't involve line sharing.
