Not aware of any issues in Kitchener-Waterloo and have not seen any offline cable tickets or DSL tickets come in this morning so far.
I would recommend you contact support via phone or e-mail to your issue sorted out and appropriate ticket created if required. Or feel free to PM me with your account # and I can take a look. |

I seem to have had a momentary power outage around 5:15am for only a few seconds. My modem simply turned off while my router (both on the same battery backup) stayed up. No maintenance logged for the modem. Maybe there was a power spike on the cable line. Power cycled the modem, and I'm back in business. |

I power cycled as well, and no change so I wrote in and then power cycled again and then I'm up again so when all else fails....REBOOT! |
