[NE] Cannot access 192.168.100.1

Hello, I've noticed that my connection has been a little slow and wanted to check my levels by going to 192.168.100.1. I used to be able to access the diag page just fine, but now I cannot. This is what I get when I traceroute 192.168.100.1. Did Cox recently disable access to the page?

Tracing route to 192.168.100.1 over a maximum of 30 hops

This seems very odd - why would 100.1 be routing beyond my modem and not the second hop after my router?

Don't know if it helps you but I can still get to my modem by going to that address.

Still works for me. Hits it on the 1st hop (connected directly to modem, no router as it fried recently). 72ms to your first hop at 10.134.1.1 is a lot. Should be less than 10ms. When I tracert to 192.168.100.1 it's less than 1 ms.

Might try bypassing your router in case it's going south.

When I couldn't access my modem status page previously, it was my router going bad until it would never power back on.

Do you have a VPN open?

You don;t have any Cox IP's in your trace.

Yup, looks like you have a VPN running. I would guess thats why your internet is slow too.
