You know we have an office up there right? Do what the majority of folks in our company have done and start right at the bottom and work up. It doesn't matter if you have network engineering experience or some other technical expertise because unless you have experience in HFC networks and billing systems you are a noob like everyone else

. Learning the individual systems, quirks and behaviors takes a while and if you work hard and learn everything you possibly can on and off the job you will go far. Our company rewards longevity and hard work because the skills you learn along the way in many cases cannot be taught....like instinct...it takes years to get to the point where you can look at a situation and based on experience, training and just knowing how the plant lives and breathes come to the right conclusion.
