[Windows] Using proxy to t-shoot HTML code...

I thought I'd used TinyProxy for Windows before, but that doesn't show me much of anything useful. I've got a web application that isn't working right, and the problem is at the HTML code level. The browser is being re-directed to a URL that doesn't resolve, or being re-directed to a path that doesn't exist etc etc.. I need to see the HTML code/commands between the webserver and the browser.

For this, I know you can install a mini proxy server on your client, then point your browser to this proxy server. --Then it will log all the HTML code passing through it. Can anyone tell me what you've used before, to do this?

Forgot to mention -- I don't control the IIS7 webserver, so asking me to look at the IIS logs isn't an option unfortunately. All troubleshooting must be done at the client.

I've never done what you're talking about, but my first impulse would be to use Wireshark.
