Re: What Are These

Based on the time/date stamps on the files/folders, those files likely have nothing to do with a recent running of Trend Micro Housecall.

The file eula.rtf should provide some clues to what software vendor is involved (eula is an acronym for End User License Agreement). Doing a right click on the .msi files, and selecting properties may also provide some information about the source of those installation files. The setup.ini file is most likely a simple txt file, and it too may provide you some clues to who provided these install files.

Wild guess: msse = Microsoft Security Essentials.

Probably a very good wild guess, but I don't have MSE installed anywhere to verify what is in its install directory, so I gave the OP instruction on how to find out no matter who that directory belongs to.

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day (and you may find yourself with a lifetime responsibility); teach a man to fish and he can feed himself for the rest of his life.

I thought it was 'teach a man to fish and he'll spend all day sitting in a boat drinking beer'.
