<description><![CDATA[mackey posted : Not sure if that warrants an entire tutorial as it's pretty simple unlike setting the outgoing number.<br><br>Just select "Phone Numbers" -> "Manage Phone Numbers", click 'edit' for the number you want to change, click the 'CallerID' tab, enter the name and hit 'save.'<br><br>Note however that you can only set CNAM on "Personal Unlimited" or "Office Unlimited" numbers; you cannot set it for pay-per-minute numbers.<br><br>/M]]></description>
