300+ ping, 60% pack loss, every other day connection outage, a below-modem-connection and unexpected interruption are "every little thing?" It's been a long time since I even stopped using COX email as well! Where the hell did you come from? Do you mean hundreds of people here complaining stupid COX service are doing so because of "little thing?" If you want to have a better review, then focus on "little things" you are not capable of maintaining.
