Just to strike a balance here, aaron does NOT enjoy the kind of service and support that we do in Wisconsin. So, I guess he's got every right to complain. I've been there before when Charter was "debugging" their new network here, it was awful, and I blasted them on a regular basis here. They got it fixed, and life is good, so I love 'em. If it goes south again, I'll be right next to aaron, screaming at the top of my lungs! (betcha never thought you'd see this post from me, huh aaron?)
