Oh I had the orginal factory code, and everything was working. I was trying to find a way for the factory code to NOT work anymore, and only have the personal code work. Seems that is not possible without a visit to the mechanic. If it was my car, I would play around with it more, but its a family members. Oh well. I consider this question resolved. Thanks everyone.
