It's been over a week already, and no more email from earthlink or covad... When i called earthlink customer service, they said they still waiting for line checking result from verizon. i am about 2k feet from CO. Could there be anything wrong? I am really worried and outta patient. i ll try to call them again sometime today.

i just got off phone with EA rep. They said all the work was done before 12/24 and they are outta stock on modem, that i should be expecting it around 01/07. Hope they are not BSing.
