There is currently no ETA on this feature. Development of SOP is scheduled November 2014 in Ontario. The final product might not be available until end of 2015 but there is no guarantee (could be sooner or later)

The website has been fixed for Ontario. Thanks for reporting the bug.

The reason you see it in price details is because the price details are the same in both Ontario and Quebec. The Super-Offpeak is unfortunately not awailable for Ontario yet.
