<description><![CDATA[anon posted : Mac Address? This is what it says when I go to the web site to check it all out. That's the only thing I can find that says "Mac" on it. We have net at the moment but it's been dropping all day. I can't stay online for long. I checked and it says we're still continuously connected, 5 days and counting, but that's not accurate. I've tried to reboot the modem several times in the past few days. Here you go. Anytime but tomorrow afternoon is fine. We can be here up till noon, but not after noon tomorrow, or anytime the rest of the week is fine. Thanks!<br><br><i>MAC address removed</i>]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[anon posted : I'm trying to make an appt for a tech to come and fix out phone. Phone has been out since Saturday. We don't have phone service right now, just net. I've tried to call with a cell but no one ever answers the phone and I just can't keep wasting all my minutes waiting all day for someone to call, plus I don't get a good signal here anyway. Chat would be a lot easier. I keep clicking on live chat but all I ever get is an email page for tech support. Not a live chat box. I asked for an appt to be made via email. But I'd still like to know why I can't live chat when I click the link for that? Thanks!]]></description>
