I do understand your frustration but honestly this isn't our problem to solve. Based on everything you have said...it isn't our box, based on everything I know...it isn't our box. I get the Alex thing but honestly this wasn't our issue to cure in the first place. Anything that would have done would have been above and beyond his scope just to help in some way even though it wasn't our issue.

Sorry to pursue but, there is a little bit more to the story. Two weeks ago, I called in a 'favor' to my old supervisor who is still there. She had an 'Alex' person contact me. He emailed me but, my disappointment was that he simply thought that I wanted help hooking the XB1 back up. I responded to him but, after another week went by, he hadn't replied. I emailed again and he advised that he had forgotten. I missed a call from him over a week ago by 20 seconds :( I immediately returned the call and he was gone. Nothing since. Do I assume that my ball has been dropped? If I could flip a switch and have a look at FIOS, I think I would. I'm just not happy that I've been dropped like this as an, oh well.

Thanks for replying! Knowing that all my HDMI ports on the TV are working, do you have any ideas? Is there some sort of device I can plug into all HDMI ports, XBox included, to test. Would you leave it as is and stay with component? Please tell me that you are not stumped! :)
