[Praise] Moen customer service and warrantyBought this house new in 1999 and it came with all Moen faucets. Kitchen faucet started leaking after a few years but I did not know about the warranty so I bought an expensive cartridge at HD. Few years later it started again but by this time I researched and learned about the warranty. So I called and they shipped me a new cartridge for free (no standard shipping either). More years go by and the shower started dripping so again called and was shipped the parts for free. Then the two sinks in the master bath started dripping and again free parts were shipped. Then a few weeks ago the kitchen started dripping again so I called and was shipped the part for free. Never got to install it when the handle broke off (small part that connects handle to the cartridge). Called them and they shipped that kit out to me again all free of any charges. Just wanted to commend them on the great customer service (all reps were great to talk to and knew their parts) and the great warranty to the original owners! The faucets may be a bit dated (16 years old) but they all look brand new and with a new cartridge feel like it to. Thanks Moen! |

Nice! We just installed a Moen Kitchen faucet during our renovation. I am very glad we have that now. |

Moen's warrant is awesome...
And what's even better; my local hardware store is a Moen dealer - I don't have to order parts; I take whatever I need replaced into them, and walk out with new stuff in hand.
They've replaced cartridges, handles, and aerators with no issues... |
