This issue is widespread and hopefully they'll have a fix soon for us.

Maintenance report November 7th, 2014 - Last updated at 5:30AM

Performance issues during peak hours from 7PM to 12AM have been reported to affect Bell, Rogers & Videotron customers.

Corrective measures are being taken and the following ETA is provided below for each provider.

Videotron: November 6th
Bell: November 17th
Rogers: End of November

any updates?

I am still seeing high ping times, and DL speeds of 1.2Mbps, and UL of 0.2mbps.
