<description><![CDATA[jimfromPA posted : Was trying to avoid calling because those calls are never quick, but I finally did just a little while ago, and am back with a follow up:<br><br>As you all know, Frontier rolled out a new design for their bill payment web page.  When I first created my bill pay account [years ago], I set up a user name and password that was unique to the bill pay system, i.e., NOT the same as my regular Frontier account name/pwd.  That user name is no longer recognized by the system.<br><br>To access my bill payment account, I now must use my Frontier account user name.  The password, however, is still the same [unique to the payment account] pw.<br><br>As you said, there appears to have been some data migration issues.<br><br>I am sharing this here in case it can help anyone else who is having trouble accessing their payment account.<br><br>Now, if we could only get them to re-tool their system again to eliminate the dependence on java script from Adobe's cdn. <description><![CDATA[cprgolds posted : I had that issue several weeks ago, called CS and they took care of it with no problem.  <br><br>It sounds like they didn't do the greatest job with some kind of data migration.<br><br>If I had to guess, most of the former Verizon customers were actually caught up in this.<br><br>Have either of you actually called?]]></description>
