Charter Spectrum → [CATV] Charter error code

I was wondering if someone could tell me what error code 408 for charter on-demand might be.

Here's about the only thing I can find for that:

EC400/E400 - EC414/E414

Login to your My Account and verify your account is active
Confirm you subscribe to the level of service you are trying to access
Verify there are no past due balances
Send a refresh signal to your receiver. Click here for instructions on sending a signal to your receivers.
Power-cycle your receiver by unplugging the power cord from the back of the receiver, wait 15 seconds, then plug the power cord back in

Most of the results I found for that error take me to a Charter page that get's me an error saying page can't be found or connection was reset. I'm assuming that's because I wasn't logged into my account on some of those though.

Since I was with optimum cable of Montana before charter bought them out I am unable to send a refresh signal that way. I am hoping one day charter will combine the optimum log in page to charters log in page. And every time I call charter about something they want to send a truck to my house for any problems that I have.
